Annihilator |
The ultimate expression of X-COM technology - a mean, fast and devastating craft which, if properly equipped, is more than a match for the biggest Alien attack ships. The Annihilator will help secure X-COM domination of the Alien Dimension. |

General Information
The Annihilator is the final and heaviest aircraft in the line of hybrid X-COM aircraft. It makes all other combat aircraft obsolete.
It is the second fastest ship X-COM can own, bested only by the Dimension Probe. Being a hybrid aircraft it beams fuel directly from the Alien Dimension . This allows it to stay in the air indefinitely.
The Annihilator is very customisable. It offers two 3×4 weapon hard points on its side, and a very large 4×4 forward hard point, making it the only aircraft that can carry a Heavy Disruptor Beam .
The Annihilator also has an enormous 5×6 slot block of equipment space and default seating for 8 agents.
With room to host powerful weapons and store shields that can span anywhere up to a maximum of 1200 or 1400 extra shield points, a lone Annihilator is a devastatingly powerful aircraft. A single ship can easily lay the entire UFO fleet to waste - or even Mega-Primus (Theoretically speaking!).
