Rewritting of alot of pages to make it more encyclo for the only reason: OpenApoc. I'm trying to have a (crono) logical format for each page, uniform layout, removing fluff, pub-talk, weasle-words, incorrect stuff, and rewriting alot of the cringey stuff I wrote back in the days... ahem: Stun Grapple Raids ...not saying that valuable contributions to the raid page by other authors is cringe, but mine certainly was! Eek!

POSSIBLE BUG: being raided by a neutral which was targeting the government building WITHIN the next five minutes and that building was then purchased by X-Com. The base invaders did not trigger "Hostile Spotted" message, did not make X-Com agents fire at them, and did not fire at X-Com-anyone etc.
The only way to complete the mission was to knockout one unit (anyone) with stun (any method) or to make one unit (agent or techie) escape via the access lift. The score at the end was 0 but all items were recovered.
TESTED: used Apoc'd 3.06c to force a neutral to raid X-Com building. The situation was identical as above. Soo... being raided by neutrals is a thing!
I'd claim this is a glitch and opposed to a bug.

- open any ufopedia vehicle pcx to be changed.
- paste new, larger title bar into top left, merge.
- insert text, font size 34, write title as same from pedia.mt.
Cut off too much at top?
- cut blank grey title bar and then 200% height. save as bmp file, keep it.
then
- place new title bar exactly at top on right side somewhere without touching blue area
- cut paedia pic from: under old title bar to bottom of page.
- paste this large segment lower but still on the same left side and exactly under new title bar's lowest point.
- excess blue at bottom should be removed automatically to keep same page length.
- paste another 'new ttle bar' into top left, save.
- insert text, font size 34, write title as same from pedia.mt.
- don't convince yourself that you have OCD.
